Director of Operations

Job Description

Responsibilities:

The Director of Operations coordinates and manages operations for the school, and assists in strategic planning and new initiatives. Responsibilities may include:
-Coordinate student recruiting and enrollment processes
-Manage plant and equipment, including developing plans for growth and maintenance
-Serve as bursar
-Motivate and manage volunteers and projects
-Monitor and report regularly on budget, including establishing financial reporting system
-Manage operational regulatory requirements
-Manage emergency response and safety
-Handle Insurance Renewals and Title I and Title II Applications
-Other duties as assigned

-Preferred: At least 2-3 years of classroom teaching experience or understanding of the classroom environment
