Job Description

Seeking an Director of Operations and Administration (DoOA) as an Integrator (EOS) for Family Renewal Project - Louisville, Kentucky

In an innovative twist on traditional recruitment, we challenge prospective candidates to craft and submit their own job description for the DoOA role. This proposal should articulate a vision/style of management of persons and logistics, establishing office procedures and culture, and what it means to be an ambassador for our core values of family renewal in this position. We seek submissions that demonstrate creativity, alignment with our mission, and a clear understanding of our operations.

Grounded in the Theology of the Body, our organization celebrated its 10th anniversary in June 2026. We have evolved into a dynamic team of full-time members, volunteers, and paid independent contractors. We recently took occupancy of our new headquarters - a 3,500 sqft office space on the southside of Louisville - and are excited about
utilizing this new asset for our mission.

Our teams and mission are structurally organized by the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS). Our work focuses on revitalizing families through comprehensive educational initiatives, spiritual formation, and supportive resources, including a dedicated counseling service that provides authentically Catholic guidance to individuals navigating life's challenges in alignment with Church teachings.

Salary Range: $50,000-$70,000

Family Renewal Project is a lay-Catholic, nonprofit based in Louisville, Kentucky on mission to "restore the family and renew the culture by educating and forming men and women to understand, embrace, and live authentic love and responsibility." Led by the Holy Spirit, we are faithful to the Magisterium of the Catholic Church. Through our Community, Courses, and Counseling, and following the example of the Holy Family, we do the slow, hard, intentional work of making disciples. We help people discover their story through a tailored formation experience, inspired by St. John Paul the Great's Theology of the Body.
