Executive AssistantOrganization: Learning Atrium
Reports To: Executive Director

JOB SUMMARY
Learning Atrium is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our Executive Director and help advance our mission. This role sits at the heart of our daily operations, keeping projects moving, teams supported, and systems running smoothly. You will wear many hats, from human resources support and contract coordination to inventory management and light IT troubleshooting.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide direct administrative support to the Executive Director, including scheduling, correspondence, and meeting preparation.
Assist with human resources recruiting processes, such as posting positions, coordinating interviews, and supporting onboarding.
Support the day-to-day operations of the organization to ensure smooth workflows across departments.
Prepare, assemble, and manage contracts to support our Education Partnership Associates (sales staff).
Oversee inventory management, track supply levels, and place orders as needed.
Serve as the Gallup strengths assessment administrator, coordinating access, scheduling sessions, and managing results.
Provide basic IT troubleshooting for staff and escalate technical issues when necessary.
Handle Microsoft 365 administration, including user accounts, permissions, and account setup.
Design and update organizational materials, presentations, and marketing assets using tools such as Canva, Adobe Express, or InDesign.
Offer additional administrative and project support as needs arise.
QUALIFICATIONS
Associate's or Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience.
Two or more years of experience in an administrative, executive support, or operations role.
Prior experience in a nonprofit setting is a plus.
Familiarity with human resources or recruiting processes preferred.
Experience with contract preparation or management is an advantage.
Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration.
Comfort with basic IT troubleshooting and a willingness to learn new tools.
Experience with graphic design tools such as Canva, Adobe Express, or InDesign is preferred.
