Job Description

Job Title: Grants Administrator
Summary
The Grants Administrator works under the supervision of the Grants and Scholarships Program Manager and with the Grants Director and other Foundation staff.

The Grants Administrator will maintain and update database records related to grants and scholarships that are distributed to Catholic projects in more than 100 developing countries around the world.

The Grants Administrator will also support the team with administrative tasks. The position is based in Conshohocken, PA.

Role Description
Grant administration, database management and administrative support in a fast-paced Catholic non-profit office environment with the following responsibilities:

Grants and Scholarships Support
Assist the Grants and Scholarships Program Manager with daily tasks as needed, including but not limited to:
o Managing email accounts related to each grant and scholarship program;
o Generating reports from our proprietary grants database, monitoring inventory reporting
and following up on past due items;
o Corresponding with scholarship recipients and grants recipients;
o Developing summary grant reports for use in development and marketing efforts;
o Archiving historical grant reporting documents by digitizing and filing, and
o Participating in weekly progress meetings.

Candidate Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess the following education, experience and attributes:

Education/Experience
• Preferably 1-2 years of experience in Salesforce or CRM/Non-Profit database systems
• Knowledge of and experience utilizing MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point)

• Self-starter with pro-active approach to setting and achieving goals in a timely fashion.
• Confident and assertive, but with a team player mentality and ability to be flexible based on changing circumstances.
• Relationship driven, not transactional in approach.
• Demonstrated understanding and commitment to the Catholic faith.

Compensation
This is a full-time position with a salary commensurate with experience.
