Job Description
St. Ambrose Academy is looking for a part-time Academic Advisor who can be on-site three full days per week. The Academic Advisor guides students and families through academic planning and post-secondary discernment, ensuring students pursue courses and opportunities aligned with graduation requirements, diploma goals, and vocation-oriented outcomes. The Academic Advisor registers students for courses, coordinates standardized tests, maintains student academic records, and organizes graduation ceremonies.The Academic Advisor will also occupy the front desk for two of the three days per week, helping with attendance, interfacing with parents and community members, and providing a warm, inviting presence. This position reports to the Director of Enrollment and Retention.
Hourly Wage: $20-25/hour depending on experience and qualifications.

Requirements: A bachelor's degree in a related field of study is preferred.
The candidate must be a practicing Catholic, willing to make an Oath of Fidelity to the Magisterium, whose life of faith serves as an example to our students and families.
Candidates must demonstrate excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills; be adaptable to the student needs; and demonstrate a desire to share their gifts and talents with the students and administration of the school.
