Job Description

St. Charles Pilgrimages LLC is seeking a mission-driven Pilgrimage Outreach Manager to own and strengthen our national outreach efforts and develop lasting partnerships with parishes, dioceses, clergy, and Catholic organizations. The successful candidate will be an outgoing, personable, highly self-motivated relationship builder with demonstrated success in sales, outreach, or partnership development.

A deep love for Christ and His Church, a sound understanding of Catholic parish and diocesan life, and a genuine belief in the spiritual value of pilgrimage are essential. Because this role publicly represents a Catholic apostolate, the successful candidate must faithfully and professionally represent the teachings, mission, and values of the Catholic Church.

Reporting to the Managing Director, this position manages the relationship-based sales process from prospecting and discovery through proposal development, closing, and a documented handoff to operations. This is a hands-on growth role for someone who can cultivate existing relationships while consistently developing new ones through disciplined outreach, responsiveness, and follow-through.
