Job Description

Chiarelli's Religious Goods, a fourth-generation family-owned business serving churches and religious communities since 1938, is seeking a motivated, dependable individual to join our growing team.

This is a unique opportunity for someone interested in learning multiple aspects of our business, with the potential to grow into a leadership or management position.

Responsibilities Include:

Assist customers with retail religious gifts and church supplies.

Build and maintain relationships with churches, parishes, and institutional accounts.

Handle customer orders, inquiries, and general account management.

Assist with daily store operations, inventory, and order fulfillment.

Work closely with ownership to learn the overall operations of the business.

Ideal Candidate:

We are looking for someone who is personable, organized, reliable, and eager to learn. Previous retail, sales, or management experience is helpful but not required. Familiarity with the Catholic Church and its traditions is a plus.

Most importantly, we are seeking someone who wants to grow with our company. We are looking to develop a trusted team member who can eventually take on greater responsibilities, oversee daily operations, and help manage the business independently.
