Montessori training or willingness to be trained is required.

Our Lady's Montessori School is accepting applications for a full-time Lead Guide to direct one of our 3-6 year-old classroom communities. Applicants should have a passion for working with children, possess good communications skills, and value a team approach.

Candidates must be able to multi-task in a busy classroom environment and direct the students and Classroom Assistant in a professional and positive manner. We are looking for an energetic and nurturing individual with a mature disposition, excellent classroom management skills, and the desire to share in the joy of learning with children.
