Notre Dame Academy in Duluth, Georgia, a Marist Catholic International Baccalaureate World School serving students from pre-kindergarten through grade 12, invites applications for the position of Principal/Head of School, beginning July 1, 2027, with an earlier transition period if circumstances permit.Founded in 2005 and sponsored by the Society of Mary, Notre Dame Academy combines Catholic faith, Marist heritage, and the full International Baccalaureate continuum in a close-knit, diverse learning community. The Academy forms students through five pillars: Faith, Knowledge, Service, Fitness, and Technology.
The next Principal/Head of School will be an experienced, mission-centered, and practicing Catholic leader who will provide instructional leadership, develop faculty and staff, support student formation, partner with families, and oversee strategy, operations, enrollment, and institutional advancement. The successful candidate will honor the Academy's strengths, sustain momentum through a leadership transition, and guide the school confidently into its next chapter.
