Job Description

Are you passionate about evangelizing young adults (age 18-30s) and forming them into missionary disciples in order to build up the Church and transform the world?

- Discipleship: lead activities that provide spiritual, intellectual, and human formation for disciples, such as parish groups, retreats, and pilgrimages.
- Apostleship: lead activities that provide apostolic formation to turn disciples outward to become missionary, such as our Intentional Discipleship Series and the Called & Gifted Process.
- Community: spend time building close relationships with local young adults, both individually and in group settings, in order to accompany and provide pastoral care as situations arise.
- Partnerships: collaborate with the local diocese, parishes, and/or other organizations that partner with us for joint activities.
- Peer Leaders: recruit and train young adults to form leadership teams that plan and implement each of the above activities.

About the Employer

Ablaze Mission is a Catholic apostolate that evangelizes young adults (age 18-30s) and forms them into missionary disciples who evangelize their peers in order to build up the Church and transform the world. We extend the Church to young adults through establishing regional missions that go out to them and meet them where they are - physically and spiritually.
