Partnership Development RepresentativeLead Generation, Outreach, and Discovery Call Scheduling
At Life Advancement Group, our mission is to help pregnancy centers reach more
abortion-vulnerable women and connect them with life-affirming care. That mission requires
more than running ads or sending reports. It requires trusted partnerships, exceptional
communication, and consistent execution.
To continue expanding our impact, we are seeking a highly motivated Appointment Setter
(Partnership Development Representative) to help introduce qualified pregnancy centers to our
services and schedule discovery calls for our leadership team. This is not a customer service
role. This is a relationship-driven business development role focused on identifying
opportunities, building initial connections, and creating qualified appointments with
decision-makers at pregnancy centers across North America.

What This Role Exists to Do
The Appointment Setter serves as the first point of contact between Life Advancement Group
and prospective partner organizations.
This role is responsible for generating qualified discovery calls by conducting outbound
outreach, following up with inbound inquiries, nurturing existing opportunities, and helping
potential partners understand the value of our services.
What Success Looks Like In This Role
Success in this role requires persistence, professionalism, excellent communication skills, strong
follow-up habits, and the ability to confidently engage executive directors, CEOs, marketing
staff, and leadership teams.
In this role, you will help us:
Generate qualified discovery calls with pregnancy center leadership teams
Build meaningful relationships with prospective partners
Maintain consistent outreach and follow-up activity
Create new opportunities from both warm and cold leads
Support organizational growth through strategic prospecting efforts
Help expand the reach and impact of life-affirming organizations across North America
Compensation & Work Setup
Part-Time Paid Remote Position
15-20 hours weekly
Flexible schedule during business hours
$14.00 Hourly plus commission
$50 for all qualified kept appointment
$350-450 closing bonus

What You Will Do
Conduct outbound calls, emails, and follow-up outreach to prospective partner
organizations
Identify and engage decision-makers at pregnancy centers across North America
Schedule and confirm qualified discovery calls for the leadership team
Maintain accurate CRM records, notes, and follow-up activities
Consistently manage and advance prospects through the pipeline
Build trust, uncover organizational needs, and generate interest in Life Advancement
Group services
Track outreach activity and appointment-setting goals
Represent Life Advancement Group with professionalism, excellence, and mission
alignment
Who We Are Looking For
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys sales development, business development,
appointment setting, relationship-building, and helping organizations discover solutions that
can help them grow.
We are looking for someone who is:
Highly relational and confident on the phone
Comfortable with outbound calling and follow-up
Persistent without being pushy
Organized and disciplined with CRM management
Self-motivated and capable of working independently
Strong in communication, listening, and relationship-building
Comfortable speaking with executive-level decision-makers
Competitive, goal-oriented, and motivated by results
Required Qualifications
Be a committed Christian who demonstrates a personal relationship with Jesus Christ as
Savior and Lord
Maintain a consistent life-affirming philosophy and would never refer or advise a woman
to have an abortion
Have a sincere desire to reach abortion-minded women and support pregnancy center
ministry efforts
Be committed to adhering to all Life Advancement Group policies, procedures, mission,
vision, and core values
Minimum of 3 years experience in appointment setting, sales development, business
development, fundraising, or related outreach roles
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Experience utilizing CRM systems and maintaining accurate records
Ability to work independently and manage activity goals
Professional, dependable, and highly responsive
Helpful Experience (Preferred, Not Required)
High-ticket service sales experience
Saas sales experience
Digital marketing, advertising, or agency experience
Pregnancy center or pro-life ministry experience
