Position Summary:
The International Program Impact Training & Development Manager will lead the development and delivery of high-quality training and materials for international partners in support of consistency of sectoral technical models leading to empirical outcomes of transforming communities informed by the principles of Integral Human Development (IHD). In this role, s/he will collaborate with global Ministry Partners to empower them in designing, monitoring, and evaluating impactful projects. S/he will play a critical role in enhancing partner capacity through innovative learning solutions, leveraging expertise in instructional design, project management, and international development best practices. This role ensures consistency in technical program quality, especially in the areas of Water, Sanitation & Hygiene (WASH), Livelihoods, Education, Health, and Food Security, by developing sector-specific guidance documents, M&E frameworks, and budgets. The manager works closely with in-country and HQ-based colleagues to equip partners to lead strong, evidence-informed development programs.
Educational or Certification Requirements:
• The ideal candidate for this opportunity should hold a bachelor's degree in a technical field. Possession of an advanced degree is preferred.
Experience Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience in program management, training development, and/or MEAL (Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning).
• Proven expertise in creating and delivering training materials for diverse audiences.
• Strong understanding of project design, monitoring, and evaluation methodologies.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
• Experience working with international NGOs or development agencies.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Cultural sensitivity and adaptability.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Collaborative and proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Proficiency with e-learning tools and instructional design software. Proven experience with the design of sustainable water and livelihoods programs in cross-cultural settings.
• Familiarity with qualitative and quantitative M&E frameworks.
• Field experience in Africa or Latin America preferred.
• Fluency in Spanish.

• Training Development and Delivery
of Design and create engaging training materials, including presentations, guides, e-learning modules, and hands-on workshops, tailored to diverse cultural contexts.
o Lead virtual and in-person training sessions to equip international partners with tools and methodologies for project design and monitoring & evaluation (M&E).
o Facilitate training-of-trainers sessions for local teams to replicate capacity building at community levels.
o Develop curricula that reflect best practices in project lifecycle management, data collection, and evaluation frameworks.
o Guide partners in conducting community-led assessments and translating results into actionable designs.
o Support the development of problem trees, Theory of Change models, and full design documents for multi-year programs.
o Provide technical coaching during participatory design workshops, both remotely and in field settings.
• Technical Program Development Management
o Oversee the end-to-end development of sector-specific training programs, from conceptualization to implementation and feedback assessment.
o Ensure alignment of partner designs with international best practices and internal standards.
o Collaborate with cross-functional teams, subject matter experts, and external consultants to deliver impactful training initiatives.
o Participate in TPDI strategy development and contribute to team-wide learning and innovation.
• Stakeholder Engagement
o Partner with international teams to assess training needs and customize solutions accordingly.
o Act as a strategic advisor for partners in adopting effective M&E frameworks and project management tools.
o Foster strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure sustained engagement and capacity-building efforts.
o Provide technical input during project proposal reviews, ensuring consistency with cost categorization and programmatic standards.
o Collaborate with regional and in-country teams to strengthen implementation of fidelity and adaptive learning.
• Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E)
o Provide ongoing M&E technical guidance and coaching to partners to ensure effective indicator selection, data collection, and analysis.
o Support baseline and endline evaluation planning and documentation of change over time.
o Help build field teams' capacity to use digital tools for M&E
o Develop and implement metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
o Analyze feedback and performance data to continually improve training content and delivery.
Duties:
• Participate in CCO field-based initiatives as required.
• Attend and participate in the IPG Leadership Team meetings.
• Attend/participate in CCO devotions, Bible, and book studies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
