Job Description

The University of Saint Francis in Fort Wayne, Indiana invites inquiries, nominations, and applications for the position of Coordinator of Student Success. Saint Francis is a Catholic, Franciscan university in the liberal arts tradition. The Coordinator of Student Success will report to the Vice President for Catholic Culture and Student Life and will have responsibility for supporting students throughout their academic journey to ensure they stay on track and reach their educational goals. This position is responsible for coordinating, evaluating, and reporting on university student retention and completion programming and services, ensuring the university's Catholic identity, Franciscan charism, and commitment to the liberal arts remain at the center of our educational mission and public identity. The Coordinator of Student Success is responsible for assisting the Vice President for Catholic Culture and Student Life in advancing the university's efforts in implementing the new mission statement and strategic plan. The successful candidate will have demonstrated experience and success supporting students in a higher education setting. The new Coordinator of Student Success is expected to begin serving no later than July 15, 2025.
