Office Administrator

Job Description

Stella Maris Montessori is a growing Catholic Montessori school seeking a joyful, organized, and mission minded Office Administrator to join our team. This part-time position is ideal for someone who enjoys serving families, staying organized, and supporting a joyful Catholic school community.

Compensation: $16-20 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.

Hours: Approximately 15-20 hours per week during school hours.

Responsibilities Include (but not limited):
-Welcome families and visitors with warmth and professionalism
-Answer phones and respond to emails in a timely manner
-Schedule and conduct school tours
-Follow up with prospective families regarding admissions and enrollment
-Assist with student records and office organization
-Create and schedule social media posts to promote school events and enrollment
-Order classroom, office, and cleaning supplies
-Purchase groceries, classroom materials, and supplies for school events and daily operations
-Run occasional local errands, such as picking up flowers, supplies, or other items for the school
-Assist with planning and preparing for school events
-Support day to day school operations and provide administrative support to the Executive Director
-Perform other administrative duties as needed
