Job Description
Mary Help of Christians Catholic School in Parkland (Broward County), Florida is seeking to hire a Middle School Teacher for the upcoming 2026-27 school year. This teacher will be expected to plan, organize, and implement an appropriate instructional program. This teacher performs all duties and responsibilities in alignment with the mission, vision, and values of the Catholic Archdiocese of Miami. Salary will vary based on certification and years of service.Qualifications:
*Bachelor's degree in education or related field.
*Valid Florida Department of Education Teaching certification; professional or temporary preferred; may be in the process of applying (considered with statement of eligibility).
*Teaching assignment is departmentalized
*Excellent classroom management skills.
*Strong presentation skills with use of interactive classroom technology.
*Excellent oral and written English communication skills, including clear speaking voice.
*Good spelling and grammar are required.
*Fully committed, supportive and respectful of the mission and tenets of the Roman Catholic Church; experience in Roman Catholic environment preferred.
Practicing Catholic in good standing who fully adheres to and models the Roman Catholic Church teachings in faith and morals.
Must have a professional demeanor.
