Job Description

The Executive Director (ED) is the key management leader of Luminous Women's Health & Wellness Center (Luminous) entrusted with carrying out the center mission and objectives in this pioneering role. The Executive Director is responsible for overseeing the administration, programs and strategic plan of the organization. Other key duties include fundraising, marketing, and community outreach. The position reports directly to the Board of Directors (Board). The ED will develop deep knowledge of field, core programs, operations, and business plans. The ED Must have willingness to enthusiastically support and understand Catholic teachings on life issues as related to medical practice.
