Job Description

We aspire to serve all women at all stages of life, and all socioeconomic circumstances. Much of our center's focus initially will be on teaching Fertility Awareness Based Methods to all women, to resolve common reproductive health issues, as well as to instruct on how to avoid or achieve pregnancy. We further offer mother daughter programs to instruct young girls in age-appropriate health standards. We will also provide support to moms in need and women in unplanned pregnancies.

The Executive Director (ED) is the key management leader of Luminous Women's Health & Wellness Center (Luminous) entrusted with carrying out the center mission and objectives in this pioneering role. The Executive Director is responsible for overseeing the administration, programs and strategic plan of the organization. Other key duties include fundraising, marketing, and community outreach. The position reports directly to the Board of Directors (Board). The ED will develop deep knowledge of field, core programs, operations, and business plans. The ED Must have willingness to enthusiastically support and understand Catholic teachings on life issues as related to healthcare.
