Director of Outreach (Sales)

Job Description

MyCatholicWill.com and MyLegacyWill.com give charities a free, simple way for their donors to create a will - and, when they choose, to leave a gift back to the causes they love. MyCatholicWill serves the Catholic community; MyLegacyWill serves a broader, non-denominational audience. With 250+ partner organizations and over $500 million committed back to nonprofits, the Director of Outreach owns winning new partners across both brands.

What You'll Do

• Own the new-partner pipeline end to end - prospecting, qualifying, and closing dioceses, parishes, schools, foundations, and nonprofits across both brands.
• Build target lists and reach the right contact inside each organization - usually the development, stewardship, or planned-giving office.
• Run multi-channel outreach (phone, email, and in-person where it counts) to turn cold and warm leads into real conversations.
• Lead discovery and demos, then own the close - proposals, objections, pricing, and agreements.
• Keep meticulous CRM records (Monday.com) so nothing slips, and hand new partners off cleanly to the Partnerships team.
• Take initiative on warm signals - a lapsed contract, a diocese launching a campaign - and act before you're told to.
• Hit monthly and quarterly targets, and own the result.

Who You Are

• Practicing Catholic with a passion for serving the Church.
• A proven closer with experience in sales, business development, or fundraising - ideally with nonprofits or faith-based organizations.
• A self-starter who takes ownership, picks up the phone without hesitation, and stays organized across a large pipeline.
• An excellent communicator who builds rapport and trust quickly.
• Comfortable representing both a faith-centered brand (MyCatholicWill) and a non-denominational one (MyLegacyWill); familiarity with the Catholic community is a plus.
• Results-oriented and accountable, comfortable working from a CRM. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

The Details

• Location: Full-time, remote, must be a resident of Florida or Pennsylvania
• Compensation: $40,000-$45,000 base salary, plus commission on new partners signed.
