Job Description: Director of Admissions and Enrollment Management
Position Summary
The Director of Admissions and Enrollment Management will lead the strategic vision, planning, and execution of student recruitment, enrollment, and retention efforts for Notre Dame Catholic Schools, a private Pre K-12 Catholic school. This position requires an individual committed to fostering the school's mission, values, and Catholic identity while driving sustainable enrollment growth and creating a welcoming experience for prospective families. The Director will work closely with leadership, faculty, and the community to ensure alignment with the school's mission and long-term strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities
Admissions and Enrollment Strategy
• Develop and implement a comprehensive and data-driven enrollment management strategy, aligned with the school's mission, strategic plan, and financial objectives.
• Create and oversee a robust admissions process, including outreach, inquiry management, application review, interviews, and acceptance decisions.
• Develop clear recruitment goals and initiatives to attract mission-appropriate families and students.
• Analyze market trends and demographic data to identify and implement best practices for increasing student enrollment and retention.
Recruitment and Outreach
• Build and nurture relationships with feeder schools, parishes, community organizations, and other local and regional sources of prospective students.
• Organize and manage all admissions events, including open houses, information sessions, school tours, and shadow days.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective families, providing excellent customer service and ensuring a personalized admissions experience.
• Develop creative, compelling marketing and communications materials in collaboration with the Communications Department to promote the school to new families.
Retention and Family Engagement
• Collaborate with the leadership team and faculty to design programs that foster strong family engagement and student satisfaction to enhance retention.
• Track retention rates and implement initiatives to support student success and positive family experiences.
Data Management and Reporting
• Maintain accurate admissions and enrollment data, managing systems to track prospective student engagement, enrollment pipelines, and trends.
• Prepare and present enrollment forecasts and reports for the school's leadership team and Board of Trustees.
• Utilize analytics and feedback to continually improve admissions and enrollment processes.

Qualifications and Skills
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree in education, business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
• Experience in admissions and enrollment management, preferably in private, Catholic, or independent schools.
• Strong understanding of marketing, communications, and outreach strategies tailored to K-12 education.
• Commitment to and understanding of the Catholic faith and its values in an educational setting.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-centric approach.
• Proven ability to analyze data and implement strategic initiatives to achieve enrollment goals.
• Experience managing events, presentations, and community-building activities.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Proficiency in admissions and enrollment software (e.g., Blackbaud, Ravenna, or similar platforms).
