With nine retail locations, a thriving e-commerce platform, and a robust manufacturing division, we continue to grow while honoring our commitment to superior artistry.We're looking for a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead and execute our marketing strategy. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of marketing operations, including brand management, campaign planning, digital marketing, and team leadership. You'll collaborate cross-functionally to amplify our message and support our mission-driven growth.
Due to the nature of this position's responsibilities within a Catholic faith-based organization, familiarity with and respect for Catholic teachings and liturgical practices is important to effectively carry out the duties of the role.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage comprehensive marketing plans and strategies aligned with business objectives.
Lead the creation and execution of digital marketing campaigns (email, social, SEO/SEM, PPC, content).
Leverage AI tools and platforms (such as generative AI, chatbots, and marketing automation systems) to enhance content creation, customer targeting, personalization, and campaign efficiency.
Oversee brand development and consistency across all platforms and touchpoints.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance and ROI; present reports and insights to stakeholders.
Manage external agencies, vendors, and marketing budgets.
Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to support lead generation and customer engagement.
Supervise and mentor marketing team members.
Travel required - 10%-20%
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
4+ years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 2 years in a management role.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, platforms, and metrics.
Experience using or managing AI-driven marketing platforms and tools (e.g., Jasper, HubSpot AI, ChatGPT, Midjourney, Canva AI, etc.).
Proven ability to lead successful marketing campaigns.
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Data-driven mindset with strong analytical abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in [industry, e.g., religious organizations, nonprofit, education, etc.].
Proficiency in marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo).
Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
Comfort with emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence, to innovate within traditional and digital marketing strategies.
