MISSION STATEMENT
Blessed Sacrament Church exists to lead people to Jesus.
PHILOSOPHY & GOALS
Blessed Sacrament Church is a place where we believe that knowing and loving Jesus and helping others on the journey to Jesus is modeled most powerfully through prayer, teamwork and discipleship.
We uphold the importance of being Bonafide Believers who are committed to the mission Jesus gave to His followers to "go make disciples of all nations". We seek to be well formed in answering the challenges of today, by being completely faithful to the teachings of Jesus and our Catholic faith.
We also believe we are called to be Seekers who Surrender. We desire to accomplish great things with and for Jesus while surrendering our individual and personal agendas for the sake of the mission the Holy Spirit has guided us collaboratively.
We also maintain that when we live out our call as disciples with prayer and teamwork as Bonafide Believers and Seekers who Surrender, we exhibit a Servant's Heart in pouring ourselves out for others as Jesus challenges us "to serve, not to be served."
If we live out these important values of faith, we believe the Holy Spirit will continue to "move mountains". We are committed to leading others to Jesus uniquely through family faith formation, building up of small groups, and commitment to strong parish and school collaboration. These we believe will help us to reach more people in the wider community to have a deep encounter with Jesus and see the beauty of our Catholic faith.
