Acting Executive DirectorRuth V.K. Pakaluk Foundation

The salary range for this position begins at $70,000 yearly, as an independent contractor, based on education, experience, and possible cost of living adjustments. The position is envisioned to be for one year only. Candidates who can work for only a shorter span will be considered. There may be the possibility of continued part-time work after the initial span of employment.
The Ruth V.K. Pakaluk Foundation will be a Massachusetts nonprofit, the incorporation of which will be effected through the work of the Imago Dei Foundation, a Tennessee nonprofit. The mission of the Imago Dei Foundation is to promote the awareness and respect of the dignity of the human person as made in the image of God, with special attention to the pro-life cause. The mission of the Ruth V.K. Pakaluk Foundation will be to promote the opening and advancement of the Cause for Canonization of Ruth Pakaluk ("Ruth"), and to provide the material means for the same. The Acting Executive Director will be an agent of the Imago Dei Foundation until the Ruth V.K. Pakaluk Foundation is incorporated.
The Acting Executive Director will coordinate with the Postulator of the Ruth's Cause (Dwight Duncan, Esq.) and be responsible for the following tasks:
1. Keep all records related to Ruth's cause and organize them for easy access.
2. Establish a catalogued archive of Ruth's writings and records.
3. Keep a scrupulous account of all funds raised and spent in accord with the relevant Vatican norms: https://www.vatican.va/roman_curia/congregations/csaints/documents/rc_con_csaints_doc_20160307_norme-beni-cause_en.html

5. Familiarize himself with all the governing norms regarding beatification, in order to coordinate and ensure their faithful implementation:

6. Prepare press releases as appropriate, and arrange for relevant podcasts and interviews.
7. Oversee and curate Ruth's website (ruthpakaluk.com), including a redesign.
8. Submit written reports to the Board on a monthly basis and meet with the Board remotely on a quarterly basis.
9. In general, assist the Postulator in his work of speedily advancing Ruth's Cause.
