Job Description

St. Charles Parish in Hartland, Wisconsin is looking for a faith-filled Associate Director of Liturgy & Music who has a passion for our Catholic faith, celebrating Mass and sacraments and is committed to welcoming all who want to Meet Christ, Know Christ, Love Christ and Serve Christ. We are expanding our worship team to create an unprecedented work life balance in our Catholic liturgy without sacrificing the superior quality worship we proudly celebrate. Our musicians and choirs are recognized and acclaimed throughout the Archdiocese of Milwaukee. This full time position reports to the Director of Worship and is offered a full compensation package with paid health, pension, life and disability, 403(b) benefits as well as paid time off.

Knowledge:
• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Theology, Liturgy, Divinity, Pastoral Studies, Music or a related field required.
• Solid knowledge/understanding in Catholic Theology.
• Experience leading Catholic liturgy, including knowledge of liturgy documents.
• Knowledge of the Roman Missal, lectionary, liturgical year, liturgical norms and regulations, and liturgical tradition and practice.
• Familiarity with Canon Law is favorable.
• Supervisory experience preferred/required.
• Working knowledge in MS Office and Google products.
• Working knowledge or willingness to learn Canva.
• Must have a valid driver's license for the State of Wisconsin.
• Practicing Catholic Required.

• Strong organizational skills.
