Job Description

Have you had the second most important conversation of your life? That is the one about sex and relationships. Chances are it didn't go well, you were exposed to these topics online, or at best it set you up for further questions.

Have you gone through life working to heal from relationship wounds, or seeing the culture around you proclaim counterfeit versions of human flourishing, and just wish you could know and share the beauty of the truth?

Discover how Culture Project missionaries go from a place of woundedness to witness and be the mentor you wish you had when you were 17.

We speak into the deepest places of hurt in today's youth, offering them the message of God's mercy, an alternative to our culture's ways, and freedom in Jesus Christ from addictions, isolation, and the culture of death and use. Our mission isn't a one-time encounter; our teams engage with the same teens and young adults multiple times throughout the year, meeting them where they are and offering hope that they can choose a life of authentic love.

Missionaries are sent out to proclaim the messages of human dignity, identity, and self-worth, inviting young people to live virtuously and be fully alive.

You commit to a 13 month program, where, after intentional formation, they are placed on a team in a specific U.S. diocese, where they live, pray, and serve the local community. We currently have teams in Philadelphia, PA, Cleveland, OH, Toledo, OH, Kansas City, KS , and Omaha, NE.

Commitment: June 2026-June 2027; all are invited to a simple re-application process to serve for a subsequent year following.
Our mission is growing! Besides the cities listed, plan and pray for new locations coming soon!

About the Employer

We understand what it's like growing up online and how unhealthy it can get. We've talked to students in over 1,000 schools and churches about human dignity, self worth, and how living a virtuous life is actually pretty awesome.

This mission isn't just an opportunity to change the world for the better; it's an opportunity to be changed for the better.

The Culture Project offers an in-depth program which equips young adults to succeed in the mission field now and also prepares them to excel in the professional world in the future.

Our mission teams serve local communities, delivering presentations to young people in schools, conferences, and parishes, as well as engaging culture through friendship and conversation.
