Mary Immaculate is a Catholic elementary school (PreK4-8) in the Diocese of Dallas, located in the heart of Farmers Branch, TX. Under the guidance of the Nashville Dominican Sisters, we strive to help students come to know and love the Person of Jesus Christ as they strive for college and heaven. We form our students in mind, body, and spirit.

Position Summary
Mary Immaculate Catholic School is seeking a caring, enthusiastic, and dedicated elementary grade level (1-4) Teacher. The ideal candidate will create a nurturing classroom environment that supports the development of foundational skills in reading, writing, mathematics, and social-emotional growth while integrating Catholic values throughout the curriculum.

Responsibilities
• Plan and deliver engaging lessons in core subjects including reading, writing, mathematics, science, and social studies.
• Foster a positive, structured, and supportive classroom environment.
• Promote early literacy and numeracy development.
• Integrate Catholic teachings and values into daily instruction and classroom activities.
• Assess student progress through observation, assignments, and assessments.
• Communicate regularly with parents regarding student development and progress.
• Collaborate with colleagues and school administration.
• Participate in faculty meetings, professional development, and school events.
• Support the mission and philosophy of Catholic education.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education or a related field.
• Experience working with young children preferred.
• Strong classroom management and communication skills.
• Commitment to the mission and values of Catholic education.
• Practicing Catholic preferred.

Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with early literacy instruction and phonics-based reading programs.
• Knowledge of differentiated instruction for diverse learners.
• Knowledge of Singapore Math
• Ability to integrate technology appropriately in the classroom.
