Job Description
The primary responsibility of the Coordinator of Middle and High School Faith Formation will be to oversee the catechesis of youth in our parish community from 5th-12th grade and their families. This will be primarily accomplished through the family Confirmation formation for youth 5th-8th grade and the weekly 9th-12th grade high school youth ministry programming during the school year. The OCIA process for 5th-12th grade students will also be under the responsibility of this position. The coordinator will collaborate with our Catholic School to have a greater presence and support of 5th, 6th, 7th, and 8th grade students' growth as personal disciples of Christ and their preparation for the sacraments. The Coordinator of Middle and High School Faith Formation will ensure all volunteers are compliant with standards for Diocesan Safe Environment.
