Job Description

St. Augustine School is seeking a Science Teacher for the 2026-2027 academic year. Rooted in an Augustinian vision of learning and the Catholic Tradition, we believe the natural world is a sacramental threshold - matter made radiant with divine meaning. The Incarnation reminds us that God entered creation; science becomes an act of reverent imagination, reading the book of nature with wonder and precision. Our science curriculum follows contemporary scientific analysis but sees the discipline in light of a more capacious vision. The ideal candidate will inspire students to see, question, and marvel. Ability to teach chemistry and calculus-based physics is required. Please email cover letter and resume to Matthew Briel (mbriel@staugustineschoolmn.org).
