Facilities Supervisor

Job Description

Our Lady of the Assumption Catholic Church in Brookhaven, Georgia, is seeking a full-time Facilities Supervisor to support the care, maintenance, safety, and day-to-day operation of our parish and school campus.
Reporting to the Director of Campus Facilities, the Facilities Supervisor oversees routine maintenance and repairs, supervises maintenance and cleaning personnel, coordinates outside contractors and vendors, supports facility setups for parish and school events, and helps maintain campus safety, security, and building systems. The position also responds to facility emergencies as needed.
Candidates should have experience in facilities maintenance or supervision and a working knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, electrical systems, hand and power tools, building systems, and general troubleshooting. Previous supervisory experience is preferred. Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
This full-time position requires scheduling flexibility, including occasional evenings, weekends, and emergency response.
