Job Description

Opening: Director of Multicultural Ministry

Description: Provides leadership and direction for the Archdiocese of Louisville on matters related to cultural diversity. Resource parishes, schools, and pastoral leaders to ensure a multicultural perspective in the activities of local faith communities.

Qualifications: Minimum of 10 years of professional leadership experience in pastoral ministry at the diocesan or local level; Graduate degree in Theology, Pastoral Ministry or related field; Knowledgeable of church documents and national plans pertaining to ethnicity, race, and culture; skilled in strategic planning; excellent leadership and communication skills; active member of the Catholic Church and a parish community.
