Job Description
Director of Religious Education (DRE) - SEAS ParishSt. Elizabeth Ann Seton Parish is seeking a full-time Director of Religious Education to lead and oversee faith formation for children, youth, and families. This role includes coordinating the Parish School of Religion (PSR), sacramental preparation (First Reconciliation, First Communion, Confirmation), and supporting catechists and volunteers.
The DRE works closely with the Pastor and parish staff, ensures diocesan compliance, manages program planning and communication, and helps foster lifelong faith formation within the parish.
Qualifications: Practicing Catholic in good standing with strong leadership, organization, and communication skills. Degree in theology or related field preferred.
