Temporary Full-Time Position (6-month assignment)
Pay Range: $4,000 - $6,000 / month + performance-based bonuses

Who We Are
JMJ Youth is a mission-driven organization dedicated to the evangelization of youth through pilgrimages. We have over 30 years of experience that includes 12 World Youth Days and countless group pilgrimages to holy sites all over the globe. More than 15,000 pilgrims from 15 countries have trusted JMJ Youth with their pilgrimage experiences.

Role Overview
This is a temporary, full-time commercial role, focused on maximizing group registrations for WYD Seoul 2027. The objective is to drive the full sales cycle: from prospecting U.S. dioceses, parishes, and youth ministries, to closing signed contracts. This role demands high autonomy, urgency, and accountability for results against a fixed deadline.
This position ends on October 30th 2026.

Key Responsibilities

Pipeline Generation: Proactively prospect and re-engage contacts (dioceses, parishes, schools, youth ministries) across the U.S. to build a robust pipeline.
Sales Execution: Execute inbound & outbound sales and conduct discovery calls to qualify opportunities based on JMJ Youth's criteria.
Closing: Own the full sales process through to close, with persistent follow-up through close.
Rigor: Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records for accurate pipeline management and reporting.
Reporting: Report to the Director of Operations.
Handoff: Prepare a clean, documented handoff of signed groups to the Operations team.

Success Focus: Performance is measured exclusively on results.

What We Offer

Performance-based bonuses.
The opportunity to work on a high-impact, mission-driven project with global visibility.
A high degree of autonomy and accountability in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
Full exposure to the end-to-end U.S. sales cycle for a major international pilgrimage.
Flight and registration to WYD Seoul 2027.

Candidate Profile

Required:

Proficient in outbound sales or business development.
