Director of Development

The St. John Paul II Newman Center at Eastern Washington University is seeking a full-time Director of Development to help sustain and grow its mission of serving college students in their faith and formation. This role works closely with the Chaplain to build meaningful relationships with benefactors, invite others into the mission, and secure the resources needed to support campus ministry both today and into the future.

This is a hands-on, relational position focused on connecting people to a mission that is changing lives. The Director of Development will engage donors, coordinate fundraising efforts, and help foster a culture of generosity that allows the Newman Center to continue forming students in faith, community, and leadership.

Start Date: July 1, 2026
Employment Type: Full-Time | Year-Round | Exempt | Benefits
Salary Range: $75-$85K + Commission
