Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and comfort of patient rooms.
Promptly report any behavioral, cognitive, or physical health changes to the supervisor.
Prioritize resident safety at all times, strictly adhering to medication administration standards and emergency protocols.

REQUIRED SKILLS

Clinical Knowledge: Solid understanding of elder care, aging-in-place, and common geriatric conditions.
Communication: Excellent and prompt verbal and written communication skills in-person, as well as via email, smartphone, and Microsoft Teams.
Documentation: Proficient in both digital (computer-based) and handwritten clinical documentation and charting.
Organization & Time Management: Strong organizational skills, supply management capabilities, and excellent time management.
Problem Solving: Flexible, timely problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
Adaptability: Ability to effectively prioritize competing demands and manage complex, dynamic situations.
Schedule Flexibility: Adaptive to shifting scheduling needs, including rotation through holidays and weekends.
Professional Growth: A lifelong learner who welcomes constructive feedback for professional development.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Civilian Pathway: Active certification/licensure as a CNA, LPN/LVN, EMT, Paramedic, or Wilderness First Responder (WFR).
