The position reports to: COO for ops, CEO for Strategy
Location: Barcelona / Madrid / Rome.

About the position: Are you passionate about Communications Strategy, Public Relations, and Catholic media? La Machi, an international communication agency specializing in meaningful projects and transcendent values, is looking for a Strategic Consulting and PR professional to lead high-impact public relations initiatives for good causes.

This position offers a unique opportunity to collaborate on meaningful projects with international organizations focused on human and transcendent values.

Responsibilities:
Planning communication projects and managing their execution.
Developing international strategic communication plans.
Conducting research, benchmarking, and data analysis to enhance communication strategies.
Providing strategic communication consulting to the agency's clients.
Designing, executing, and reporting on press and public relations campaigns: Writing press releases, dossiers, and other corporate communication materials.

Managing media relations and ensuring quality control of clipping reports.
Managing influencer marketing campaigns.
Occasionally, managing crisis communication projects.
Managing end-to-end online and offline international events.
Managing client relationships.
Participating in Change Management Consulting projects.
Coordinating linguistic services and translations.
Providing Wikipedia consulting.

Candidate profile:

Dedication: Full-time.

Experience/skills:
Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in communication, PR, or event management.

Experience or knowledge of the professional world of NGOs and Catholic institutions will be highly regarded.
Strategic and systemic thinking skills.
Highly organized, proactive, responsible, and eager to learn.
Excellent writing (spelling and grammar), storytelling, and overall
communication skills.
Ability to work in dynamic environments and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Knowledge of digital tools, metrics, and reporting.Comfortable using
spreadsheets and reporting tools.
Obsessed with meeting deadlines and managing multiple priorities efficiently.
Brutal honesty, transparency, and hard work.

Education:
Degree in Journalism, Communications, Advertising, Marketing, or related fields.

Languages:
English and Spanish are mandatory.
