We are seeking a mission-minded Church Success Specialist to help churches successfully implement Communio's ministry model nationwide.

Why This Role Matters

The Church Success Specialist serves as a trusted coach, consultant, and implementation leader for a portfolio of church partners.

Success in this role requires someone who can build trust with pastors, church staff, and ministry leaders while ensuring consistent execution of Communio's ministry model at a high level. The right candidate combines strong people skills with operational discipline, proactive communication, and meticulous attention to detail.

You will guide pastors, church staff, and ministry leaders through onboarding, planning, implementation, and ongoing ministry execution-helping churches move from vision to measurable Kingdom impact.

This is not passive account management.

This is a high-touch relationship and ministry execution role for someone who loves people, systems, accountability, and helping the Church share the Gospel through healthy relationships, marriage, and family life.

What You'll Be Doing

-Manage and support 25 church partners implementing Communio's ministry model.
-Build trusted relationships with pastors, church staff, and ministry leaders.
-Lead churches through onboarding, implementation, outreach, and ongoing ministry execution.
-Ensure churches consistently apply Communio's model, processes, and ministry best practices effectively.
-Provide proactive follow-through, accountability, and strategic guidance throughout implementation.
-Help ministry leaders develop Relationship Culture Teams and Mission Plans.
-Train leaders to track and interpret ministry KPIs and outcomes.
-Support outreach initiatives designed to engage couples, parents, and families within the surrounding community.
-Maintain clear communication and coordination across multiple church partnerships and internal teams.
-Travel periodically for church visits, trainings, conferences, and ministry events.
-Champion Communio's mission of sharing the Gospel through the renewal of healthy relationships, marriage, and family.

-Flexibility and comfort in a fast-growing ministry environment.
-Deep alignment with Communio's Christian mission and theological commitments.
-Ability to work effectively within church culture and leadership structures.

Preferred Qualifications

-Ministry, nonprofit, coaching, or implementation experience.
-Church ministry experience preferred.
-Experience working with pastors or church leadership teams.
-Public speaking and presentation skills.
-Experience managing projects and operational processes.
-Familiarity with marriage, family, sharing the Gospel, or discipleship -ministry.
-Willingness to travel.
