Mobile Clinic Manager

Job Description

Open Door Women's Clinic is seeking a compassionate, mission-driven Mobile Clinic Manager to lead our life-affirming mobile medical ministry serving women and families throughout Northwest Florida.

This leadership position oversees the day-to-day operation of our mobile pregnancy clinic, including staff and volunteer coordination, community outreach, patient services, scheduling, and mobile clinic operations. The Mobile Clinic Manager works closely with local churches, healthcare providers, and community organizations to expand access to compassionate, life-affirming care while ensuring compliance to clinic standards.

Qualifications
Committed to the teachings of the Catholic Church and the dignity of every human life.
Demonstrates a consistent life-affirming philosophy.
Medical background and management experience strongly preferred.
Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Ability to lead staff and volunteers with professionalism, compassion, and integrity.
Schedule
Part-Time: 20-25 hours per week
Flexible schedule, including occasional Saturdays and community events.
