Parish Liturgy role Part or Full-time
Holy Angels Parish, a large and vibrant Catholic parish in West Bend, is seeking a faith-filled, part-time Parish Coordinator of Liturgy to help plan and support parish liturgies, sacraments, and special celebrations.
Job Summary
Working closely with the Pastor, clergy, staff, and volunteers, this role coordinates liturgical planning, ministry scheduling, volunteer formation, and the preparation needed for reverent and well-organized parish worship.

Qualifications
• Practicing Catholic with a strong understanding of Catholic liturgy, sacraments, and parish worship.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required; master's degree preferred.
• Three years of experience supporting or leading Catholic liturgy preferred.
• Knowledge of liturgical norms, the liturgical year, and parish ministry practices.
• Strong communication, organization, collaboration, and leadership skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office; Ministry Scheduler Pro experience helpful.
• Valid Wisconsin driver's license required.
Key Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate parish liturgies, including weekend and daily Masses, school Masses, Holy Days, sacraments, funerals, weddings, and special celebrations.
• Prepare liturgical materials such as readings, petitions, presider notes, worship aids, and annual liturgical schedules.
• Recruit, train, schedule, and support liturgical ministers and volunteers, including lectors, altar servers, Eucharistic Ministers, ushers, greeters, sacristans, and other ministry teams.
• Support liturgies in person as needed, ensuring ministers are prepared and celebrations follow Catholic liturgical norms.
• Coordinate funeral and sacramental liturgies with clergy, families, parish staff, and ministry teams.
• Oversee liturgical supplies, worship environment needs, and related resources.
• Collaborate with parish staff, ministry leaders, and Archdiocesan offices as appropriate.
Schedule: Part-time position with availability required for evenings and weekends based on the parish liturgical schedule.
