Location: Fairfield County, Connecticut

A warm Catholic family in Connecticut is seeking an experienced nanny to join a team of two nannies in caring for young boys.

## About the Family

The family has four boys ranging from infancy through early elementary-school age, and you would work alongside another nanny. The parents value warmth, good manners, independence, education, consistency.

- Confident working independently when needed
- Interested in child development and education

## Required Experience
- Demonstrated experience caring for babies and/or children ages 0-3
- A valid driver's license
- Confidence driving children to school and activities
- Ability to travel internationally

## Responsibilities

- Support the children's emotional, social, and intellectual development
- Establish and maintain consistent routines
- Plan age-appropriate educational activities, reading, crafts, outings, and play
- Encourage independence, good manners, and emotional regulation
- Maintain appropriate and consistent boundaries
- Help prepare the children for school
- Assist with school drop-offs and pick-ups
- Help organize school schedules and activities
- Communicate appropriately with teachers and school staff when needed
- Stay aware of the children's progress, routines, and needs

Experience with any of the following is a plus, but not required.
- Catechesis
- Parish youth programs
- Catholic schools
- Children's faith formation
- Church or pastoral groups
