Job Description

Saint Joseph the Worker Parish is seeking a mission-driven Director of Mission & Ministry to provide strategic, pastoral, and formational leadership across all areas of parish life. Reporting directly to the Pastor and serving as a key member of the Parish Leadership Team, this role strengthens community life by integrating disciple formation, ministry leadership, evangelization, social outreach, and pastoral care in alignment with the parish mission. Qualified candidates will bring experience in parish ministry or organizational leadership, strong supervisory and pastoral skills, and the ability to motivate and form staff, volunteers, and parishioners.
