-turns vision and ideas into concrete plans
-follows through relentlessly and closes loops
-enjoys organization, systems, details, and accountability
-keeps multiple people and ministries moving in the same direction
-notices what is falling through the cracks and fixes it
-is comfortable holding others accountable
-would rather make a great idea happen than generate twenty more ideas
-is comfortable speaking in front of a group

This position will focus on Adult Discipleship, with significant ownership of ministries including OCIA, Alpha, men's and women's groups, and other adult formation initiatives.

We are specifically looking for someone who is a practicing Catholic and has charismatic spirituality, and who either an existing parishioner at Christ the King or is willing to move here.
