Renaissance Montessori School, a leading Catholic Montessori environment Northern Virginia, is accepting resumes for a lead teacher (guide) in our Upper Elementary (ages ~ 9-12) program to take over an already existing classroom in the fall of 2026.

We seek Catholics Montessorians who are either AMI Montessori trained (holding relevant diplomas/certificates) or strongly interested in pursuing AMI training. Ideal candidates embrace Montessori philosophy, value a supportive and collaborative work environment, and are excited to guide children with respect, independence, and joy. CGS training is a plus.

About the Employer

Located just 45 minutes outside Washington, DC, on a beautiful 10-acre campus, RMS serves children ages 16 months to 12 years across our Toddler, Primary, and Elementary levels.
