Job Title: Long-Term Substitute Teacher

Job Description: We are looking for a long-term substitute teacher who can begin training in January 2027 and can fill in for a teacher who is going on leave in February. This position is full-time and there would be a possibility of employment for the following academic year!

School Description: Founded in 2005, Providence Academy is an independent pre-kindergarten through 12th grade, private, classical academy in the Catholic tradition located in La Crosse, WI.

Job Requirements: All applicants must be practicing Roman Catholic and have a passion for teaching children. Bachelor's degree in any subject/teacher related field. Previous teaching experience and basic computer skills are preferred.
Candidates must possess the following skills:

- A strong work ethic
- Positive and contributing team player
- Professionalism and confidentiality

Schedule: January-May of 2027, Monday-Friday, 7:30am-3:30pm

Pay: Pay scale is based on education and experience.
