Job Description

Saint Jude the Apostle Catholic Church - a vibrant parish in the metro Atlanta area with 3500+ families is seeking a Director of Operations. The Parish Director of Operations is a key leadership position responsible for ensuring the smooth, efficient, and mission-aligned functioning of all parish operations. Serving as a strategic partner to the Pastor, this role oversees administrative, financial, human resources, facilities, and operational systems that support the parish's liturgical life, community, and its ministries. The ideal candidate balances leadership with hands-on operational oversight serving the Church and its people, guided by the values of the Roman Catholic Church. Qualified candidates will have a degree in Business Administration, Church Management, Accounting, or Finance with 5-10 years' experience in operations management or business administration.
