Business Manager

Job Description

The Church of Saint Ann Parish in Lawrenceville, New Jersey is seeking a full-time energetic Business Manager with proven leadership skills to oversee all aspects of business operations. The successful candidate will work closely with the Pastor and be responsible for financial administration of the parish and school including budgeting, accounting, bookkeeping, payroll, financial reporting, human resources and physical plant oversight.

Responsibilities will also include planning, financial analysis, technology, communications, purchasing, stewardship/development, and volunteer coordination. This individual will serve as a resource and member of the parish Finance Council.

Job Qualifications

Candidates must have excellent problem solving, communication and interpersonal skills.

This position requires a bachelor's degree in finance, business or accounting with a minimum of at least five years previous managerial and bookkeeping/accounting experience. Church management experience is a plus.

The salary range for this position is $53,000 - $65,000 with a full benefits package which includes: 403B match retirement plan, medical, dental, vision, paid time off and more.
