Program Leader Missionary

Job Description

The Program Leader Missionary's compensation is support raised with training provided to raise support and start rosary teams in your local area.
You will be the Rosary Team's main point of contact with outside organizations (care facilities and parishes) and with the volunteers.
• Coordinates volunteers into senior care facilities to pray the Rosary in a group setting in locations across the United States.
• Must be able to motivate, inspire and retain volunteers, as well as develop interpersonal relationships with people both inside and outside The Rosary Team.
• A basic knowledge of computer skills, using a database, and the ability to manage many emails, texts and phone calls is required.
• This is mainly work from home but includes some visits to orient new volunteers and have small group gatherings near your location.

The Program Leader Missionary:
• Reaches out to parishes requesting volunteers by submitting bulletin and Flock Note announcements, provides updates to parishes.
• Writes emails and texts that are professional and represent the values of The Rosary Team.
• Problem solves any issues or concerns with a considerate and gracious attitude.
• Additional administrative tasks as needed.

Minimum Qualifications:
