Rosary Team Leader

Job Description

The Rosary Team Leader's compensation is support raised with training provided to raise support and start rosary teams in your local area.
You will be the Rosary Team's main point of contact with outside organizations (care facilities and parishes) and with the volunteers.
• Coordinates volunteers into senior care facilities to pray the Rosary in a group setting.
The Denver Team will guide, lead and train you. You will be using a custom software application designed specifically for the needs of The Rosary Team.
• A basic knowledge of computer skills, using a database, and the ability to manage many emails, texts and phone calls is required.
• This is mainly work from home but includes some visits to orient new volunteers leading the rosary and have occasional small group gatherings near your location for the volunteers to meet each other.

The Program Leader Missionary:
• Reaches out to parishes requesting volunteers by submitting bulletin and Flock Note announcements, provides updates to parishes.
• Writes emails and texts that are professional and represent the values of The Rosary Team.
• Problem solves any issues or concerns with a considerate and gracious attitude.
• Additional administrative tasks as needed.
