Job Description
Spiritus Sanctus Academy in Plymouth, Michigan, is accepting applications for an enthusiastic and committed K-8 Physical Education Teacher for the 2025-2026 school year. This a shared time position through the Plymouth Canton school district.Successful candidates will possess the following qualifications:
A practicing Catholic, passionate about creating and nurturing a Catholic culture in the classroom and throughout the school;
Current State of Michigan Teaching Certificate in Physical Education
(Candidates with an additional endorsement in an academic subject will be considered for additional teaching opportunities.)
Strong collaboration, communication, and organizational skills.
Previous experience teaching in a Catholic school is preferred.
Participation in the VIRTUS program, or proof of such participation, will be required.
