With a newly launched website and an expected influx of onsite visitors during America's 250th anniversary in 2026, The Basilica Shrine of Our Lady of the Miraculous Medal needs a passionate Donor Stewardship & Front Desk Associate.

Position Summary:
The Donor Stewardship & Front Desk Associate serves as a welcoming presence at
CAMM's headquarters and plays a key role in donor engagement and data integrity.
This position blends hospitality, donor stewardship, and Raiser's Edge data
management to support CAMM's mission of promoting devotion to Our Lady of the
Miraculous Medal.

Key Responsibilities:
Front Desk & Administrative Support
• Greet visitors, donors, and callers with warmth and professionalism, reflecting CAMM's values
• Answer and direct phone calls with a pleasant and courteous manner
• Handle incoming mail, deliveries, and general inquiries
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area
• Assist with scheduling, filing, and general office support

Donor Stewardship
• Prepare and send donor acknowledgments, thank-you letters, and stewardship materials
• Support donor events, mailings, and special campaigns
• Maintain confidentiality and sensitivity in all donor interactions
• Collaborate with the advancement team to enhance donor engagement

Raiser's Edge Data Entry
• Accurately enter and update donor records, gifts, and interactions in Raiser's Edge
• Generate reports, exports and queries to support fundraising and stewardship efforts
• Assist with gift processing and reconciliation as needed

Problem Solving & Critical Thinking
• Resolve donor inquiries and issues with professionalism and empathy
• Identify and troubleshoot data inconsistencies or administrative challenges
• Proactively suggest improvements to processes and donor experience

Qualifications:
• Commitment to the mission and Catholic identity of CAMM
• 1-2 years of experience in nonprofit administration, donor relations, or data entry
• Proficiency in Raiser's Edge (strongly preferred) or similar donor database software
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
• Pleasant telephone manner and ability to handle sensitive conversations with care
• Demonstrated ability to think critically and solve problems independently

Preferred Skills:
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Familiarity with Catholic traditions and practices
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus

Work Environment:
• On-site position at CAMM's Philadelphia office
• Occasional evening or weekend hours for donor events or special campaigns

This is a full-time, on-site, non-exempt position. The salary range for this position is $25.00 to $30.00 per hour. Candidates that meet these qualifications should submit a resume and cover letter detailing your Raiser's Edge or any donor database software experience and ability to work occasional evenings or weekends for donor events or special campaigns.
