With a newly launched website and an expected influx of onsite visitors during America's 250th anniversary in 2026, The Basilica Shrine of Our Lady of the Miraculous Medal needs a passionate Donor Stewardship Associate.

This role is not only integral to raising funds for the mission of the Central Association of the Miraculous Medal, but is also key to providing a welcoming, faith-centered donor experience. The ideal candidate will have a firm grasp of the Catholic Faith and excel at fostering growth and stewarding faith-filled community members.

Position Summary:
The Donor Stewardship Associate serves as a welcoming presence at CAMM's headquarters and plays a key role in donor engagement and data integrity. This position blends hospitality, donor stewardship, and Raiser's Edge data management to support CAMM's mission of promoting devotion to Our Lady of the Miraculous Medal.

Key Responsibilities:
Raiser's Edge Data Entry
- Accurately enter and update donor records, addresses, solicit codes, gifts, and interactions in RE/NXT
- Generate reports, exports and queries to support fundraising and stewardship efforts
- Processes gifts made online
- Update database with donors newly acquired in accordance with CAMM policy
- Assist database manager with gift processing and reconciliation
- Prepare and send donor acknowledgment files, thank-you letters, benefit fulfillment and stewardship materials
- Maintain external data file for exclusion from mailings
- Maintain promoter donors lists, provide new ones, update and communicate with promoters when necessary
- Support donor events, mailings, and special campaigns
- Update CAMM Policy and Procedure Manuel as needed
- Maintain confidentiality and sensitivity in all donor interactions
- Collaborate with the Advancement team to enhance donor engagement

Other Duties (less than 20% of time)
- Greet visitors, donors, and callers with warmth and professionalism, reflecting CAMM's values
- Answer and direct phone calls with a pleasant and courteous manner.
- Handle incoming mail, deliveries, and general inquiries
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Assist with scheduling, filing, and general office support

Problem Solving & Critical Thinking
- Resolve donor inquiries and issues with professionalism and empathy
- Identify and troubleshoot data inconsistencies or administrative challenges
- Proactively suggest improvements to processes and donor experiences

Qualifications
- Commitment to the mission and Catholic identity of CAMM
- Knowledge of Catholic traditions and practices is required
- 1-2 years of experience in nonprofit administration, donor relations, or data entry
- Proficiency in Raiser's Edge, Raiser's Edge/NXT or similar donor database software is required
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
- Pleasant telephone manner and ability to handle sensitive conversations with care
- Demonstrated ability to think critically and solve problems independently

Preferred Skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus

Work Environment
- On-site position at CAMM's Philadelphia office
- Occasional evening or weekend hours for donor events or special campaigns

This is a full-time, on-site, non-exempt position with excellent benefits. The salary range for this position is $25.00 to $30.00 per hour.
