Sacristan
Church of the Nativity, a dynamic parish located in Burke, VA, seeks to hire a part-time Sacristan 20-25 hours per week.
This position will be responsible for preparing the church and altar for mass and other liturgical celebrations.
Principal duties include caring for the liturgical vessels, altar cloths, and needed supplies. Coordinate with volunteer sacristans and liturgical ministers. Be present to welcome all with a spirit of joy and kindness.
Requirements
*Bilingual English -Spanish a plus
*Knowledge of MS office - including Excel, Word, and Microsoft Office
*Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities
*A spirit of service to God's people
