HOW YOU WILL IMPACT THE BIG PICTURE:
Support EWTN's goal to provide our donors with a meaningful faith and giving journey. As the Donor Experience Specialist, you'll make outbound calls to express gratitude on behalf of the organization and warmly thank our donors for their contributions, and from the guidance of a script, share EWTN resources that may be helpful in enhancing their spiritual and giving journey.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
• Connect with donors through welcoming outbound calls, expressing gratitude and building meaningful relationships.
• Support donors with care by answering questions, updating records when requested, and guiding them to helpful resources.
• Partner with the Donor Experience Manager to refine call scripts, improve workflows, and share feedback that strengthens the donor journey.
• Contribute ideas for stewardship materials that help inspire and deepen donor engagement with our mission.
ABOUT YOU:
• Bring your strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with confidence in phone outreach and relationship building.
• You bring proven experience in customer service or donor relations, where connecting with and supporting others is at the heart of what you do - A minimum of 1-2 years of experience is required.
• Use your bilingual skills-fluency in both Spanish and English is required.
• Live your faith as a practicing Catholic and bring a genuine commitment to EWTN's mission and values.
• Contribute your professionalism, motivation, and collaborative spirit, along with strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Draw on your background in donor relations and familiarity with donor database systems, especially within a non-profit environment.
• Apply your education and training-an Associate's degree or equivalent is required, with a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred.
WHAT YOU'LL LOVE ABOUT WORKING HERE:
• We offer a career with purpose! Apply your God-given talents, knowing your contributions help to advance EWTN's mission of sharing the Gospel with the world.
• Caring environment. We value the importance of family/life balance and welcome you as an EWTN family member, not just an employee.

• Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package including Health, Dental, Vision, Life & Disability insurance and Retirement Savings Plan.
• 11 Paid Holidays and generous Paid Time Off program.
