Job Description
Divinum Auxilium Academy is seeking a nurturing and knowledgeable Singapore Math teacher for levels 4, 5, or 6. This class meets four days a week for one hour each day The teacher will be responsible for presenting material according to the Singapore Method and helping students to progress in their knowledge and use of these methods. The teacher will also track student's progress and fulfill all the assessment requirements set forth by the Head of School. Further, the teacher will keep in regular communication with the Head of School and the homeroom teacher.Candidates for this position will have experience teaching Singapore Math to children 3-7th grade. Candidates familiar with Catholic Classical or Montessori education will be given preference.
Divinum Auxilium Academy offers a Classical Catholic Education with a Montessori foundation. Our AMI and AMS certified teachers equip our youngest students with the physical, moral and academic foundation to nourish their innate love of learning while developing their relationship to God in their connection to the Good Shepherd.
